Returns & Eligibility

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

You may be eligible to return a vehicle or product if:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The vehicle or product remains in its original condition, with no modifications, damage, or excessive wear.
  • All original documentation, accessories, and parts are included.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your vehicle or product for a different one, please contact us to discuss available options. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may require additional payment or refund adjustments.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift or was purchased by someone else on your behalf, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
